Hello, we are a husband and wife team and owners of New Horizons Home Inspection LLC. My name is Britni and my husband, Robert is your home inspector. While I handle things like creating this website, Rob is an expert in all things residential construction.
After 20 + years building and remodeling homes we decided it was time to put down the hammer and put that expertise into giving people the tools they need to buy or sell a home with peace of mind.
We understand that choosing the right home inspector can be a difficult decision. Unlike most professionals you hire you probably won’t meet myself or Rob until the inspection itself. However, we started this business to provide our clients a thorough home inspection at a fair price, while giving you our very best effort.

A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer.
