Inspecting Manufactured & Mobile Homes

Manufactured and Mobile home inspection is based upon the U.S. Housing and Urban Development's Standards for Manufactured and Mobile Homes, this includes homes in Beaumont, California.

A manufactured or mobile home is built to the Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD Code) and displays a red certification label on the exterior of each transportable section. Every home in Beaumont, Ca has a red and silver seal certifying that it was built in compliance with the federal code.

I use this check list for inspecting manufactured homes and mobile homes in Beaumont and the surrounding Riverside County.
